Day Skipper

This practical course gives you a chance to take on short passages with plenty of advice and help from the instructor.

Course:
Day Skipper non-tidal
Suggested minimum pre-course experience: 5 days, 100 miles, 4 night hours aboard the sailing vessel
Assumed knowledge: Basic navigation and sailing ability
Course content: Boat handling, seamanship, navigation and pilotage
After course: Can skipper a small yacht in familiar waters by day
